This saying has been true in many cases, even in our lovely couple’s life. Atika could never imagine her life without Ankur after meeting him. Ankur never even dared to dream without Atika by his side. These two are madly in love with each other. Their love only made their parents proud. Everyone has desires and dreams when it comes to getting married to their better half. Ankur and Atika had dreams too, which they fulfilled through each ceremony or event of their wedding. Their tale has been a beautiful journey, from the start and now till forever. The couple decided on the venue: The Ananta Udaipur for their dream Wedding.

MEET THE COUPLE

MEHENDI

The wedding craze started with the Mehendi Ceremony. It was grand and lavish. The event started with the couple’s entry together dancing and enjoying their day Bollywood style. Everyone was dancing and messing around, drinking and swaying with the beats. The couple settled on their decorated sofas after dancing. The Mehendi was being applied on everyone’s hand, our lovely bride applied Mehendi on her groom’s hand first to show each other their affection. The bride’s Mehendi was special and long as a tradition. Her Mehendi reached her calves and almost full arms. The couple was wearing beautiful outfits, our bride was wearing a pink and orange combo traditional lehenga while Ankur wore a white and pink Indo-Western. The couple were matching, creating ‘couple goals vibes’. The lawn was beautifully decorated with flowy drapes and other decorative items to make the whole venue perfect for this event.

HALDI CEREMONY

Haldi ceremony started the next day, the bride was spared from the ‘haldi war’ as her mehendi could have been affected. Oh the groom! The groom was the centre of attraction for the haldi war. He was attacked with turmeric paste and the place was filled with everyone’s laughter. Haldi is a traditional ceremony, people give it a lot of importance and nowadays it is not only a ceremony! People enjoy this haldi war. Young people enjoy this day like Holi. The couple was wearing plain yellow outfits. During Haldi, it is a tradition to wear yellow. The ceremony went smoothly and was filled with love and laughter.

SANGEET CRAZE

Sangeet is one of the most joyous functions. Dancing, singing, drinking, enjoying, eating, happiness- this function involves everything. The young couple wore matching outfits, Atika wore emerald green embroidered lehenga while Ankur wore emerald green sherwani. There was so much going on in the sangeet, there were dancers booked for performances, international dances and cool performances. Everyone was dancing and enjoying this day, with different brands of alcohol and different varieties of food, this day was beyond perfect. The bride was looking outstanding with beautiful hairdo and makeup, hair accessory and newly applied Mehendi. Ankur was looking handsome as ever. They danced solo and gave the couple performances too. The venue was located in modern decorations with mist everywhere at the feet. The dark lighting with perfect spotlights made the day glorious. 

THE WEDDING DAY

The day everyone was waiting for, desperately! Finally arrived. The grand wedding was happening that day. Our Groom and lovely Bride were occupied in getting ready while the photographer covered the whole venue and its arrangements. The bride was ready in red Sabhyasachi’s lehenga while the groom was in off-white designer sherwani. The wedding was elite and filled with elegant moments. The decorations were flawless and emotional for everyone. This was the best day of the couple’s lives. The event went smoothly filled with dancing, swag entries, pheres and so much more. The bride was looking gorgeous and perfect, Ankur could not stop glancing at her. The photographer did such a fine job at giving justice to their stunning looks and affectionate glances. There is a small Bollywood styles video of all their wedding events.

RECEPTION

The reception was held to celebrate their new marriage. The couple wore beautiful outfits yet again, our bride was wearing a dark green/black ball gown while the groom was dressed in an all black tuxedo. The bride and groom had so many designers during all their wedding events. They had photoshoots of each event, especially their wedding.
