It’s said that patience is the main virtue of marriage and the fruit of patience is sweet. This could not have been proved wrong when one looks at the pictures of the couple whose photographs we were lucky to witness since it was marriage after the Lockdown was open and is visible by the masks worn by guests and in certain cases the bride and groom. While the couple complemented each other through their body language and expressions towards each other, their dress also complimented each other.

MEET THE COUPLE

Haldi Ceremony

The excitement towards marriage is such that one does not just get married and have a wedding ceremony but has a few more celebrations attached to it which are preceded and succeeded. We got to witness one of the preceding events through the photographs of Pallavi and Yash. The ceremony which was preceded by wedding was the Haldi ceremony wherein it wasn’t just the bride or groom who got to get the Haldi applied to their exposed body parts (face, hands and legs) but both of them got it applied by near and dear ones including friends and family.

When one applies Haldi it glows and shows in one’s face and other parts of the body where it was applied and Palash wasn’t any exception. The event that succeeded the wedding was the reception and the couple looked really awesome and complemented each other.

The Wedding

Out of all the events, the wedding was the show stealer among the photographs that we got to witness. The makeup for the bride seemed to be on point and the dress just seemed like it was part of the body because of the color. This complemented the groom’s dress which was simple white falling towards off-white sherwani. We’ll be lying if we say that this would not be added in the favorites among the weddings through photographs we witnessed.

Wedding Reception

In this day and age people love to throw reception as well, which is a day or two or a week later. This reception is usually thrown from the groom’s side to welcome the bride into the groom’s household and now she’s part of their household.
