Mehak & Sajal’s wedding was one of those that left us instantly in awe. The couple had three functions in Goa, and the beachside vibes were in perfect sync with their looks. Let’s re-live their story.
Mehak and Sajal 1st met 7 years ago when they both moved to Vancouver to work for Facebook as software engineers. As there were few Indians in the office, they hung out together and became very good friends.

Engagement
Mehek and Sajal’s engagement ceremony in Goa was an elegant affair with gorgeous decor and amazing outfits. Mehak wore a beautiful off-white-colored lehenga for her engagement and Sajal selected an elegant black suit for their special day. Adding to the glam quotient was the decor. Mehak paired her lehenga with a diamond necklace. Both of them were complimenting each other.
Mehendi
The Mehendi celebration was a very colorful and energetic event. From the bride to be to all the females adorn their hands with beautiful designs and patterns. A lot many dance performances were done. Mehak decided to wear a gorgeous lilac lehenga from Papa Don’t Preach with beautiful jhoomka. Where Sajal dressed up in a simple white kurta and a jacket that matched the color of Mehak’s lehenga. They both were very well complementing each other.
Haldi celebration
Haldi holds an important place in Indian traditions because it also purifies and cleanses the body. Most people believe that haldi has the power to ward off evil spirits from affecting the bride and the groom.
The Haldi ceremony was a very intimate event on the lawn. Everyone including the bride and the groom was dressed up in yellow. Everyone was in their high spirits and was enjoying the ceremony. Brides’ mother showed her moves and everyone was in an aww after watching her. The decor was done with flowers and was looking very appropriate and charming.
The wedding day
Finally comes the wedding day. The venue looked extraordinary. It is a perfect place for a wedding. They decided to arrange a perfect beach wedding. Everything from flowers to decor, performances to attire everything seemed so perfect and well-coordinated. One can count on their seasoned team of culinary experts to delight your guests with remarkable delicacies and can choose from their impressive food options inspired by both Indian states and various global cuisines. Talking about the beautiful outfits, Mehak wore a pink bridal lehenga paired with heavy jewellery. The groom decided to wear an off-white colored sherwani with a pink turban matching with the bride’s attire.
Reception
Mehak and Sajal had a grand reception party at The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai. At the reception, Mehak decided to wear a beautiful red saree by the House of Raisons. She wore an elegant Tribhavan Daz Bhimji Zaveri statement jewellery. Sajal wore a black kurta. They both complimented each other very well. Everything seemed so perfect.
