A Red Bridal Lehenga Looks Gorgeous; especially at a Destination Wedding in Tucson.

Love is just a word until someone comes along and gives it meaning imagine having a perfect wedding set amidst the mountains with beautiful backdrops and greenery all around you. Yes! this was what Mallika and Varun wanted for their wedding ever since the duo fell in love with each other. Mallika a beautiful Punjabi girl, born and brought up in Oregon the most pampered child of the family, while Varun a software tech living in Oregon. The duo met each other through a common friend in one such party. Mallika went really drunk and confessed that she had a little crush on Varun and since then Varun turned that crush into love and finally decided to get married.

Varun and Mallika always wanted a big fat destination wedding with elegant outfits and amidst nature. The families wanted their children to get settled and thus settled on nothing less than a destination Mountain wedding.

The Mehandi

The ceremonies began with the Mehandi ceremony. The Ritz Carlton Dove Mountain decked up the entire venue in red and yellow draped with a floral jhulla in the center. Mintgreendesigns arranged beautiful pink and white roses for the décor. Mallika looked very cute in Swati Narula’s yellow mirror work lehenga. She paired up with green polka jewelry with her hair tied in plaits. Varun looked dapper in Indochino’s Navy blue Nehru suit with a square pocket paired with his Loubitons. Purvi did the most amazing job on the henna.

The Sangeet Party

The sangeet party was no less than an entertaining affair! Conducted on the following day of the Mehandi, both the families decided to have a combined sangeet party. For their sangeet night, the theme was bling. Frostings Event design rentals added an elegant touch to the venue with lamps, lanterns, and chandeliers. For Varun, he wore an elegant blue tuxedo by Anita Dogre. As for Malik, she wore a stunning silver Om Prakash Jawaharlal lehenga paired with a dupatta. Her pulled-back hair with subtle make by Hvcfaces gave her a very chic and elegant look.

The Wedding

The wedding was hosted at the same venue. Decorations for the day were kept minimal. It was an outdoor morning wedding amidst nature. Mallika looked drop-dead gorgeous in her Om Prakash Jawaharlal’s red sequence lehenga. She paired it up with minimal jewelry, a meenakari double layered choker set along with a fine maang tikka and a sleek Nath. She had the outfit with two dupattas. Hvcface’s makeup gave her the perfect natural look that complemented her attire. Varun looked princely in a Khakhi sherwani along with offwhite safa by Rohit Bal. Crain and Co events did a fabulous job with the décor.
