Mollywood celebrity Dhyan Sreenivasan entered wedlock with Arpita Sebastian in a private ceremony at Wasava Cliff House in Kannur on 7th April 2020 and hosted a grand wedding reception for their friends at The Gokulam Park in Kochi on 10th April 2017. The couple tied the knot as per the Hindu customs.

Dhyan and Arpita studied together in Chennai and they both have known each other for about 10 years and finally decided to marry,  after years of courtship. While Dhyan is an Actor and the younger son of veteran Malayalam screenwriter and actor Sreenivasan, Arpita is an IT professional who works at Technopark in Thiruvananthapuram. Dhyan and Arpita got engaged in a private ceremony in Trivandrum, Arpita’s hometown.

At the wedding Dhyan’s elder brother, Vineeth Sreenivasan sang Mappila paattu before he sang Ente Khalbile from Classmates to make the wedding as secular as possible as the bride belongs to a Christian family. The guests were treated to sadya, which was made of organic rice and vegetables that were cultivated at Sreenivasan’s farm.

The wedding reception was hosted for their friends from the film industry as their wedding was a private affair. The celebrities who attended the were Mammootty, Tovino Thomas, Asha Sarath, Aju Varghese Sathyan Anthikad, VM Vinu, M Mukundan, Neeraj Madhav, Deepak Parambol, Lal Jose, Jude Anthony Joseph, Vinayan and singer MG Sreekumar among others.
